Richard, his wife, Ruth, and their children, moved to Chesapeake from
Talladega, AL to begin serving as Student Minister in August 2006.

Richard is successfully building the student ministry. He was named New Staff Member of the Year in 2008 at the Norfolk Area Baptist Association.
