Before your photo can be displayed on our church website, we must have your permission. Your picture will be viewed by people all over the world. Great Bridge Baptist Church occasionally uses photographs of members and events in its publications and on its Web site. Please sign this release form to grant the Great Bridge Baptist Church permission to use your and/or your childs, or family members photo. Please note that only members may post celebrations to include their immediate family members. Our Family Celebration webpage will include births, weddings and anniversaries.

I hereby grant permission to the Great Bridge Baptist Church to use my photograph on its Web site or in other official printed publications without further consideration, and I acknowledge that GBBC has the right to crop or treat the photograph at its discretion. I also state that by presenting photographs of family members, I have obtained their permission to place their likeness on the website and are wholly responsible for this action. I also acknowledge that the Church may choose not to use my photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. I also understand that once my image is posted on the GBBC Web site, the image can be downloaded. Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims the following:

For persons under the age of 18, the permission of a parent or guardian is required on this Photo Release Form. I hereby grant permission to the Great Bridge Baptist Church to use the photograph as outlined above.
